Camp Wight offer sustainable holidays in our wonderful Willow geodesic dome. We tucked it away within our beautiful Jigsaw woodland site. Set in a peaceful and secluded position, the Willow dome offers a comfortable off-grid stay. You will be surrounded by nature, so it’s an ideal choice for relaxed woodland escapes.

High quality materials insulate the shell and floor. This keeps the interior cool during the day and warm and cosy at night. This insulation ensures a comfortable stay throughout the season, whatever the weather brings. There is a wall dividing the dome in to two spaces. Bunk beds are on one side, with reading lights. The larger space has a double bed, table and chairs and a sofa next to the woodburner, to relax on.

Solar Power with all night battery supply

Willow geodesic dome is fitted with solar-powered lighting. This is supported by a long-lasting battery to see you through the evening and night. This system powers the interior lighting as well as USB charging points. You can charge essential devices while still enjoying an off-grid experience.

Outside, there is plenty of space to cook and relax on the decking area, where we provide a firepit for enjoyable evenings outdoors. The decking offers a practical and social space for preparing meals, sharing stories, or simply unwinding after a day exploring the island. You will find the dome a short walk from a mains-water sink. The dry composting toilets and solar-warmed showers are a short distance away. They combine sustainability with everyday comfort.

The Willow dome is level-access with decking outside. There’s a secure canvas zip-up door, so access straightforward and practical. The layout and setting make it ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for a peaceful stay in a natural environment, with space to relax both inside and out.
